The chicest building on Whyte Avenue. Blush Lane store has the best organic food, Under the High Wheel has a delicious fare, and the coffee from Overflow has a cult following for a reason. Not to mention the awesome health professionals in the building!
Beautiful space and wonderful yoga teachers in the studio upstairs. Highly recommend you join Kristine Nutting’s classes! By far the best yoga teacher I’ve had an an absolute delight of a person.
Dr. Doug Yee is a miracle worker. I have hurt myself many times at the gym and he's fixed me up quickly and gone over better ways of doing these exercises to avoid future hurt. He's the best highly recommend
