This was the second time Jaxon has been to our house. Very professional both times, clear about what repairs were needed and costs, no surprises. Would recommend Jaxon for any plumbing or heating issues.
We are so thankful for Heartland!
We first called them last year when we installed a new washer. As soon as we started it, water backed up through the drain and was essentially flooding our house. Heartland came out within a couple of hours and quickly resolved the issue. While they were there, they were also able to replace two bathroom faucets for us, which was incredibly helpful.

I highly recommend Jaxon! He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to work with from start to finish. Even though he usually works in Fort Saskatchewan, he was willing to drive all the way to Windermere to help me, which I really appreciated. He was very responsive, communicated well throughout the process, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was completed properly and that I was happy with the work. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
