Absolutely top notch service ! I was hesitant at trying a new auto repair shop but from start to finish the customer service at Guardian is absolutely amazing ! Very professional staff up front about the cost, keeps in touch and a very well run business that's focused on customer care. Chad is an absolute Rockstar. I look forward to Guardian being my new mechanic.

I had a good experience with the staff overall - they were friendly, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also explained that due to my vehicle model, it has a more unique build and they weren’t necessarily able to access everything as easily as they normally would, which I totally understand.
While the situation itself was frustrating in the moment (as all unexpected car issues are), I do appreciate the professionalism and communication from the team.
