I chose Green Fox windows cause I heard their quality and customer service was next level. It started out great and I was initially impressed. Windows showed up, the installers were very professional, friendly and performed a very good install. The window quality was very impressive but there was an issue with how the windows were built. They were suppose to open a certain way and these ones could not. Due to some miscommunication somewhere in the process a couple of times on Green Foxes end, it took a bit longer than normal to get my windows corrected.

We had an excellent experience with Green Fox. The service prior to purchase was wonderful and the installation went as planned. Installers were excellent, polite, efficient, and cleaned everything up before they left. I highly recommend Green Fox your window and door needs.
Green Fox did the most amazing job with our eindows. From the salesperson that came to our home, to the installation and after fitting visit, everything went very smoothly. Windowd arrived earlier than originally promised and the guys that fitted it dd an outstanding job, leaving a perfectly clean work area too. Could not be happier with the whole process. 100% recommend.
