    The gym does not have all the equipment I'd like and it's a bit outdated than I'm used to, but the staff are amazing. They're very welcoming, sweet, and this is my priority at a gym, a positive environment. Best staff I've met at GoodLife by far. Wish you were all at my home gym lol

    If you are looking for a quality fitness trainer, Scott is one worth considering and highly recommended.Having Scott as a personal trainer these last few months has been very helpful. Scott using his knowledge, wit and genuine caring woven together to encourage, challenge to motive individuals to reach forward for better health and physical condition.If I could give Scott a 10-star rating. The only negative I have about GoodLife is their pricing is extremely high especially for seniors on a pension who would continue with a personal trainer butt at $75 per hour 2 times a week, on a long term commitment is very expensive so I would give the gym a 4 rating for equipment...read full review

    Clean space with quite a bit area. Bit of a busy space for free weights but lots of cardio and machinesHave done training with one of their staff Pilar and she’s been fantastic, easy to work with and flexible to get sessions in around work hours.Front desk staff are also very friendly and have a welcoming atmosphere
