Oh GoodLife Fitness, what a poor show,At the Edmonton Mill Woods Town Centre, you'll know,It's not a place to inspire or motivate,But rather leave you feeling agitated and irate. The machines are old and often broken,Leaving you with a workout that's poorly spoken,The staff are uninterested, it's clear to see,With customer service that's just not meant to be.The crowds are overwhelming, it's always so packed,And the wait for equipment leaves you feeling attacked,The music's too loud, the air too warm,It's not the place for a peaceful workout charm.Oh GoodLife Fitness, your standards are low,It's not a place to help us grow,We'll look for other options, that's for sure,Goodbye GoodLife, we won't endure.

Very open layout, tons of machines and free weights accompanied by an abundance of cardio equipment! Accommodating, helpful and friendly staff who know how to address client needs. Went to a glow in the dark fitness class that was so much fun while being challenging. The instructors and trainers did an incredible job engaging and leading, super high energy! Overall a great gym in a great location on the south side of the city.

I actually prefer this gym over SouthPark. It's newer and less crowded. I also find that it is much cleaner and well maintained. Never seen any equipment here out of order. Access to the the gym is through the mall. The environment is more friendly to casual gym goers as well.

I've been attending this gym since 2015 and its become a second home to me. Personally, what sets this gym apart from the others is the staff - front reception, personal trainers, and most importantly the gym instructors.I had Paulo as my Personal Trainer for over a year and without him I never would have gained the knowledge and skills that I have now about proper form and technique, he has helped me push my limits and made me realize my strengths. I'll forever be grateful for him.As for the gym instructors - Alli F, Brett, Michelle R, Natalie, Nathalie, and Natalya only to name a few, are one of the main reasons I continue to go to goodlife just because of how much I enjoy going to their classes. They're always positive and supportive no matter your fitness level. It's a great community to be a part of.Call me bias, but Millwoods Goodlife will always be one of my faves. Aside from having to race to book the spin and pump classes because the lack of spin bikes and space, I've got nothing but good things to say about this gym.

The Millwoods GoodLife had such a strong base of people that make you feel welcome no matter what your fitness level. I love the group classes and the instructors are very passionate and work so hard to make the members feel welcome and at ease. Especially Ms Alli.Angie S.

Love working out at this club. The classes are so much fun and the manager, Chanceline, goes out of her way to actually get to know the members. She’s very hands on and personable, which I love!

Gym is great however… free Weight area is dark they need more lighting in the free weight area. Wifi keeps dropping in diff parts of the gym. If they get better wifi more lights and play upbeat music they get 5 stars. Staff is super nice !

The towel service I pay for has not been available for many MONTHS, the sauna hardly ever works.... you've mentioned to another guest to contact the manager... how many times would you like me to do that? I've mentioned it several times.

Standard of upkeep and maintenance of this gym does not justify the price. The washer has been broken for about 2 months. The sauna does not go passed 30 degrees celsius.I also had an incident in the locker room where a " privileged" member threw his bag at me because he wanted to use a specific bench.I asked them to review who this person was and address my concern. They don't have a system in place to see who comes in for the day or to go back to their security camera to review footage by timestamp.Only reason I still workout here is because of its location.A friend of mine showed interest in joining the gym just yesterday and I told him to hold off on this location for now.
