Just had out first ever windshield replacement and the regina Team really took good care of our windshield and whats even better is they will make their clients feel valued. Due to work they took the time to work around our schedule, they took our vehicle abd broight it up once it was done. Very convenient and they understood what was needed. The people there were very approachable and pleasant.

The work itself was fine, but the communication and professionalism were completely unacceptable.
I booked a noon appointment a month in advance, expecting that to be when the work would actually begin. They didn’t even pick up my car until after 1:00 PM.
When I reached out at 4:15 PM for an update, I was told they would drop the car off at my workplace between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Because of this delay, I had to scramble to make alternative arrangements to have my child picked up from school.
