GlassMasters has some actual top tier service. Not only did they have replacement glass for my old vehicle in stock which was surprising, (2003 4Runner), but they were able to get it in and done within a week. During the replacement, one of the door lock mechanisms broke and my door no longer locked, but I gave them a call and they immediately took responsibility, scheduled me in to get it fixed and didn't charge me a penny for the fix.
I can't say enough good things about this place, the guys really took good care of me. I'll be back anytime I need glass replaced or fixed, they really earned my business for life. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Glassmasters several times over the years for windshield replacements and have always had a good experience, which is why I was a little caught off guard when I ran into some issues with my most recent replacement.
There were a few problems after the initial installation, including some trim issues and a leak that needed to be addressed. It took a little back and forth to get everything figured out, but I’m very happy to say that Glassmasters ultimately stood behind their work and took care of everything properly.

Amazing service. Guys in the shop do good work and Ryan at the front desk was a delight. Called for a fleet vehicle yesterday evening and got me sorted the next morning when every other glass shop I called said it couldn't be done. Thanks guys!
