I first dealt with Intact/CSN back in 2024 following a collision and they were fantastic service, friendly, and efficient. They honor their lifetime warranty and were happy to troubleshoot and fix some rattling/clicking that was persistent. They did collision repairs on my car about 8 months ago. Nice work. But a couple of weeks ago the electric door lock on the door they replaced stopped working. I stopped by this afternoon to see if there was any warranty? They immediately ran it into the shop. Half an hour later I was driving away with it fixed, no charge. The receptionist even remembered me by name. Very well done. Thank you.
