We had an outstanding experience with Gem Cabinets from start to finish!

This was our second project working with Danielle, and once again, she was absolutely exceptional. Her attention to detail is unmatched, communication is always prompt, and her design suggestions were spot-on. Danielle was mindful of our budget and helped us make smart, beautiful choices that delivered great value without ever compromising on quality. It's always a treat to work with someone who brings such positive energy and a true passion for design.

Chris from scheduling was also a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He was awesome at finessing the schedule to make sure everything stayed on track with our tight timeline, which made a huge difference.

As for installation, we couldn’t be happier with KJ and Darren. They make a fantastic team. Their work is meticulous, and they were always one step ahead—solving issues before we even had a chance to mention them. The end result was flawless.

My wife and I dealt exclusively with Danielle through the process of selecting our cabinets for our forever home and have nothing but great things to say about our entire experience, from start to finish. Danielle was extremely knowledgable, took the time to answer all of our questions, gave insightful input when asked, but she also gave us the space and time to make our own decisions. The cabinets were one of the more difficult choices that we had to make during the design of our home and Danielle made this process so easy for us.
