Such a great first experience at Frilly Lilly Windermere! The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in.

A special shout-out to Monica! She was absolutely amazing. So warm, friendly and professional, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m pretty sensitive when it comes to waxing, but she made the whole experience so easy and surprisingly comfortable. I barely felt any pain!

I also really like their membership program. It’s a great deal and such a nice way to stay on top of your appointments.

Shoutout to Hallie for dealing with my trauma dumping during the entire waxing session. She’s so personable, a great listener, and provides a fantastic service every single visit. 10/10 recommend her instead of your therapist, the waxing is a bonus 😄

I am usually the last person on the planet to write a review, it honestly never remember - but I just could NOT forget to call this girl out for the benefit of anyone else that heavily fears the pain of getting a Brazilian! I swear I was just waxed by a literal angel. Hallie is beyond AMAZING. I have such bad anxiety when it comes to getting Brazilian’s and legit go into survival mode the moment I walk into my appointment. I’ve done a ton sporadically in my life, but they honestly just hurt SO bad. I literally go through SO much pain and am such a wuss about them.
