My husband and I have been looking for a motorhome over the past year. We had a specific model in mind, and Iris was able to match us up almost instantly after we reached out to her. She was absolutely on the ball, sending us pictures, answering all the questions that popped up, and keeping us updated on inspections and fixes before we picked it up. There was no pressure, only patience and attentiveness; phenomenal experience! I would also like to thank Rod, who helped us on the fly after our financing changed, reaching out to the bank on a Friday afternoon and ensuring we were taken care of before leaving. I'm very happy with my recent purchase from Fraserway RV in Edmonton. I had reached out to salesperson Iris before Christmas and she invited me to come in to check out some of the units that would be a good fit for me. Her experience with RVs was a big help in finding one that would not only meet my needs now but also for years down the road. Business Manager Natacha handled the financial details and explained the various options for additional warranty coverage and protection packages. No pressure sales, and we appreciated Karen and Richard letting us take our time searching for the right RV. Tracey is very nice to deal with when setting up and completing the purchase. Jackie, shop manager, excellent customer service. Also a shout out to the very friendly front desk gal! We look forward to our many new adventures.
