I can't say enough good thing about the experience we had with Rebecca at Fountain Garden. My brother passed Christmas eve and Rebecca was available for us Christmas day. This is our second dealing with Fountain. Both were much more then a 5 star. We went a few years ago because it is affordable but found the service, the care, the whole experience was superior to other experiences in costly fancy pushy funeral services. There was no question we would deal with them with my brother and would strongly recommend to anyone. They are not ridiculously fancy but the office is lovely, very clean and comforting . We had a fabulous experience with Fountain Garden, I would highly highly recommend Fountain Garden.Rebecca was so respectful, transparent and helpful. She immediately told us pricing (other homes were smoke and mirrors and you needed to be contacted by a funeral director). The costs are extremely competitive, Rebecca had everything handled and organized. It was an stress-free experience, for an unexpected and unplanned death. Everything was dealt with very quickly, fast and communication was exceptional.Fountain Garden is not pushy or sales-y like other homes are. It was a great experience.
Rebecca was sensitive, efficient and extremely professional in handling the international shipping for the funeral, even during challenging Covid times. She was always responsive and made the process much easier despite not having family support in Canada. Thank you for your help in such a difficult time.
