“I was very happy with my floral delivery experience with Best Buds Flower Company! In the past, with other florists, I have been disappointed in the internet representation of bouquets -- once they are delivered they don't look anywhere near as impressive as what I was expecting, based on the advertised picture. Best Buds was different. The final product was just as I was expecting, and it blew the recipient away. She loved the bouquet and said the delivery was also made exactly when promised. Communication was great with the staff when it was necessary, overall a very seamless and professional experience. I had the "Happiness" arrangement delivered to somebody special today and it was lovely and was just as pictured on the Arum website. The recipient of the flower arrangement was so surprised at the "gorgeous flowers" she received. Additionally, Arum sent me pictures of the flower arrangement that they delivered which I think is something all florists should do for deliveries. The staff member that took my order for the flowers and delivery was pleasant and very helpful. I shall definitely be ordering flower deliveries through Arum again.
