Arrived the same day I placed the order. Nice lady over the phone and delivered on time. The flowers smelled and looked great. There was a small mistake on the card, but we had a good laugh.5☆'s still earned.
Flowers were delivered on time and looked exactly like they did on the website. This is my second time ordering from Pollies and I will definitely use them again as a trusted local business.
It arrived the same day I placed the order although it arrived at 5pm-ish. Note that I placed the order online before 8am. They also called the recipient in the morning, confirmed her name, address and buzzer code. I get the reason why they did that but it somewhat removed the element of surprise. Anyways, the flowers are beautiful!! The recipient said it was worth the wait - she ended up staying home the whole day so she wouldn’t miss the delivery since her building has no concierge. She’s very happy with the flowers and so am I! See the photos - they are so pretty. It really looks like the pic on their website. Highly recommend!
