No answer on phone. Showed up sign says closed and back at 3. It is now 3:30. I jiggled the door and knocked. Wow! Someone answered. Then proceeds to yell at me because I jiggled the door and I should know they are not closed even tho sign says closed. And they go pick up kids so might be closed anytime. Not even a sorry. I will never ever go there again

Literally worst service.
Dropped my vest and pants off 5 days ago was told to come back tuesday went in wasnt ready told to come back at 3 I was back at 330 my stuff wasnt under my name or my phone number the other lady couldnt find it. I than found my stuff and to my surprise it was still ripped. The lady called the owner who than yelled at me over the phone saying she fixed my stuff I said you didnt and she was getting mad at me, meanwhile the current lady was trying to fix it while this phone conversation was going on I hung up and told the lady this was extremely unprofessional and to stop what she was doing to give me my stuff as I had to drive my husband to the...read full review

Do not bring anything here. They wrecked two pairs of pants worth over $200. All I wanted was to have them brought in at the waist.
She asked me to come back three days later at a specific time, so I did. Then she asked for me to come back in half an hour. Came back and she still wasn't done and I wanted another 15 mins at least. Wasted my time and wrecked two pairs of brand new pants. I didn't want to bother asking her to fix it because the work is so poor. Crooked seams, loose threads everywhere, and the way she brought them in down the center of the back of the pants made them look ridiculous.
