Terrible Experience with Order #472460 – Completely Wrong Items Delivered! I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from this company. I placed an order (Order #472460) back on November 21, 2024, for a Silk King bed frame, a Silk 6-drawer dresser, and matching nightstands. I was excited to get everything I ordered and expected to receive the exact items as agreed upon. Fast forward to March 20, 2025, and guess what shows up? Definitely not what I ordered. Here’s the rundown of the issues I’ve had: • Wrong Color: The bed frame and nightstands I received were the wrong color. It doesn’t even come close to what I ordered, which is a huge disappointment. • Mismatched Nightstands: To make matters worse, the nightstands I received aren’t just the wrong color — they’re a completely different height! They look ridiculous next to the bed frame, and they’re completely unstable. I’ve tried to reach out to them and all I’m asking for is a cancellation of the order and a full refund. I’m not even getting what I paid for! I don’t care about the 25% down payment requirement in their contract — if they can’t deliver what I ordered, I shouldn’t be held responsible for this mistake. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a custom order. I’ve been waiting months for this and now I’m left with mismatched furniture that I didn’t even order. I just want my money back and these terrible items returned. Do not make the same mistake I did! Stay away from this company if you care about getting what you actually paid for.
