I’m so impressed with the level of care here at Family Physio. Emily and Rasha at reception make every visit easy. They’re friendly, remember the details, and booking with them is effortless. They create such a calm, positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Shahina is a gifted massage therapist. She’s intuitive, checks in on pressure, and really knows how to work out tension. I came in with a stiff neck and shoulders, and she made a huge difference in just a few sessions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing.

The team is very respectful, and caring. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had Alyssa for my physio, she was amazing (5⭐) If I had to do physio again I would definitely go back to this place.

After months of treatment, Family-Physio has more than earned my 5 stars. The individualized treatment plan helped me a lot, and they treat you like an actual person while working to achieve the goal of improving your health.
