We came back to our favorite hotel and were blown away by the superior service in the Confederation lounge (thanks Gwen) and on the Gold floor. The Xmas decorations are lovely and we enjoyed the new menu. Also loved the speed of the room service on Saturday night! So much to recommend about this beautiful hotel!

The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald has always been one of my favorite venues in Edmonton, so it felt incredibly special to host our wedding there. From the breathtaking views to the timeless architecture, it was the perfect backdrop for our day. I worked closely with Jennifer throughout the entire planning process, and I can’t say enough about her professionalism, kindness, and patience. She was responsive through every change and question (and there were many!), and she never once made me feel like I was asking too much. She accommodated all of my unique ideas and helped me bring to life a day that felt truly personal and perfect. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony and reception were both everything I had envisioned. There were a couple of hiccups — as happens at any large event — but what impressed me most was how gracefully and quickly Jennifer and her team addressed them. Their professionalism in handling challenges ensured that I didn’t have to stress for a second, and we were able to stay fully present in the joy of the day. They even followed up afterwards with thoughtful gestures that showed how much they truly care about their couples. Overall, our experience with the Fairmont was everything I had hoped for and more. I am so proud to have celebrated one of the most important days of my life at such a beautiful venue with such an amazing team.
