I bring my to daughters here for their haircuts! Andrea is AMAZING at wolf cuts!! She is so engaging and warm, not only does she listen to what my daughter wants but she brings her out of her shell a bit and really gives her the best service. Jessica did INCREDIBLE on my youngest daughter’s hair and she is the most gentle and friendly person. The cut is perfect and really suits my daughter’s face. These girls really go above and beyond for their clients and I am so grateful for always making it an enjoyable experience for my young girls.

Booked a sports pedicure and it was just a simple foot and calf massage lasting 5-10 minutes at most with a scrub. The remaining time was as any other pedicure and nothing notable. Would not recommend. Not as advertised.

I had a truly fantastic hair creation experience recently at Eveline Charles, Hair Boutique Salon at West Edmonton Mall. My Senior Stylist, Anzhela Kotlyarov was incredibly talented, Artistic and technically brilliant!! She was a Shining Light Star🌅🌠🎆 Anzhela made my day🌅🌠🎆

I recently went in for bleach highlights with Hiba . I understand that my hair is dark and it definitely won't take one session for the bleach to be where it needs to be but however they were not upfront about the price. For the one session i was charged 730 dollars for something that was unfinished. They mentioned that it would start at 400. They definitely nitpick your hair, trying to find ways to charge extra. Whether you slightly have thicker hair, or longer. Mind you my hair isn't even that long like sorry I don't have a lesbian mother of seven haircut. I felt very disappointed with the price since it was mostly unfinished work and i would be expected to pay 700 dollars each session. Also very disappointing coming onto google reviews and seeing several horrible reviews about my hairstylist hiba, and how they were overcharged for something they were not satisfied about. Knowing that this didn't not only happen to me but to plenty of people in this salon makes me wonder who they hire and how professional this salon really is. Also not to mention I went for a consultation with another hairstylist to see what i can do to fix my hair. She lifted a strand of my hair that she did and there was a line of bleach tilted at an angle, she thought i paid 200-300 for this but it was embarrassing to tell her i paid 700 dollars for sloppy angled bleach work. Save yourselves and tell everyone and their mothers never to come here.

Went in to get my botched box dye job fixed. I’ve been seeing Jessica regularly for a couple years and she does not fail to impress me. While colour correcting my hair, she ran into some problems getting the colour to go on properly, but with some trial and error and some help from the other lovely ladies in the salon, I left with the most perfect, beautiful, soft brown colour that I’m obsessed with. Considering how difficult it was to get my hair to take the colour properly after a bad box dye job, I can’t believe how beautiful it came out. She did the most wonderful job. Another thing to note was the amazing teamwork I saw while getting my hair done. Several of the other stylists came to help and give advice on how to fix my crazy hair and it was so lovely to see. Will always be going back here. Jessica rocks!!!

Andrea put “pep back in my step” after she graciously updated my haircut. She was highly recommended by a friend of mine- so i gave her a whirl. I felt like a millions bucks when i left EC!!! Loved the cut and look you gave me!!!! Thank you so much Andrea- for your expertise, your skill set and being able to visualize a personal look for me, and not the regular “cookie cut” look i’ve had for a few years.
