I had a great experience with Diana at Elite Wellness & Beauty Spa. I went in for laser treatment for my rosacea, and she was incredibly educational throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain how the treatment works, what results to realistically expect, and how to properly care for my skin afterward. Diana is also very personable and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel comfortable rather than clinical. I really appreciated her honesty—she didn’t overpromise results and was transparent about what the treatment can and can’t do.
