Elite Pool and Spa Service offers very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The staff is professional, patient, and willing to take time to find problems and solutions. They provide servicing, parts, and assistance, including help with installations and free water testing. They sell pool chemicals, supplies, and plug-and-play upgrades for various pools. While prices can be higher than online, the service is very reasonably priced and excellent for warranty support. Customers recommend the company highly and will continue shopping there for all pool needs.
Need to swap out an older inground pool pump with a new one and elite had what we needed. Customer service was great and needed a little assistance with the swap out. (Old pump had male threads, new pump female). Elite sent out a tech to help and the tech was very helpful. Recommend elite pools for anyone needing servicing, parts, or assistance.
Dealing with Elite pools And Lauren particularly has been second to none .
Thank you for all you did for us!
Very professional ,patient, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to figure out and take time to find the problems and solutions.
We are very please with the customer service!
Also very very reasonably priced . Highly recommend this company! We will definitely be using Elite for all our pool needs going forward !
Very friendly, very knowledgeable and were able to help me on deciding on a new pool. Prices are higher than online but i would rather do business local and build a relationship with a shop then buy products online without support especially for warranty work. I will be back to buy supplies and for more of their pool knowledge!
