I have dealt with this company for many years now. I own many rental properties and this is my go to company for furnace and vent cleaning. They are prompt and get the job done. The rates are also reasonable.
There are many shady Furnace cleaning companies out there but this company shines!

We used Edmonton furnace and carpet care for our furnace and A/C needs and couldn’t be happier! The 2 gentlemen who came out explained what the process was, thoroughly went over the costs and gave us his best recommendation based on our needs. I booked two weeks before and I called him two days before the appointment, eventhough I was not in his schedule. They are not trustworthy.

Had an unpleasant experience with this company. Would not recommend them to anyone. We had them come to do a dryer duct cleaning. In our situation we had a stacked dryer and washer, this was communicated to the initial person Nadja that had booked us in. Specific pictures were sent and the only reply was ‘ok, thanks’. Unlike other companies, this company does not move the appliances to properly clean the ducts. This was not communicated at time of booking and had left us with no choice but to let the techs work around it. With that being said, the clean was not completely done as the techs had mentioned we had a mesh on the outside of our vents and they weren’t able to remove any lint. At the initial arrival, the tech should have assessed the vents to see if they were able to fully complete the task that was asked instead of going ahead anyways and charging the customer for the service that ‘they did their best for’. As ‘professionals’ it seemed like a half done job. When talking to the owner of the company, he was being unprofessional and was unable to remedy the situation or find a solution. Paid the full bill of $260 for a job that was not done. Company did not provide break down of costs and told us that the truck they use for their company is expensive - which as a consumer did not make sense as the costs to start a company should not reflect the cost for the SERVICE that was suppose to be done. In short, very unprofessional business and will not recommend to anyone.

Doesn’t clean at all and there is a policy of no bill 10$ discounts on top it doubles the price of gents and filters as they come up with vans thats big.
