My sister had an issue with her furnace, Kevin the technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had it fixed the same day, this included the gas valve thingy he had to go get at the Lenox store, I would definitely use them again. Great service and very professional although if it’s a newer area you might have to guide Kevin to you door! Lol best regards, Richard.
My wife and I purchased a new home in the last couple of years. Economy heating was the company that was part of the service warranty. We had a gentleman by the name of Kevin come to our house multiple times to address various issues with the furnace.Kevin was professional, knowledgeable,conscientious and very personable. Uneven heating on different floors, odd thermostat placement, humidity quirks, he quickly addressed every issue that we had.
