East Edmonton Medical Clinic is a busy and reputable medical center with a dedicated front staff and doctors. Despite the wait times, patients highly recommend the clinic. Dr. Zayed is particularly praised for his long-standing care and compassion. The front desk is consistently friendly and respectful, even in challenging situations. Overall, the clinic provides excellent service, with doctors who listen and offer helpful advice and guidance.
The clinic is nice, staff are great and so as the doctors and nurses. Waiting time is still same as usual where ever you are I think in Alberta, not sure if the size of the building, number of staff, nurses and doctors but hey it’s not 8 hours wait! Other than that, maybe they have to let the patient know when the consultation is done, not until we ask if we can go or we need to wait for someone else to let us know to go! But hey! Staff, nurses and doctors are nice! Keep it up guys! ❤😊❤
Doctors are fantastic when you eventually see them. Long wait times even with appointment. Receptionists are hit and miss, some are great but some are horrible. Something is not right with phone system, lots of drop calls.
I really love this clinic. I see Dr. Hazem, and he is incredibly caring and attentive. He takes the time to ask detailed questions about what’s going on and never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend this clinic!
