Would be helpful if there was an overhead announcement page system, such as a loud speaker and lighted (for hard of hearing or deaf.), it is difficult to hear staff announce person from behind plastic shield

I had a very good experience with Alberta precision laboratories , heritage square. I came early morning as a walk in test and they did a very excellent job . I was free within half an hour . The staff is very professional and experts .This is my first good experience with any healthcare setup
