Fast service even though there were a lot of people waiting. The staff were doing their best to keep things moving quickly. Some people might find them a bit blunt or rude, but honestly, it was understandable given how busy it was. If you expect to be treated like you’re in kindergarten, you might be disappointed. The ladies working there were caring and efficient.
Used the save my place feature on the website and was seen immediately when I arrived. At first I was expecting to wait long, from the other reviews on google, but I was pleasantly surprised to be seen so quickly. The receptionist was friendly and the lab tech who drew my blood was very kind and efficient and he was great- I'm terrified of needles and it didn't even hurt. Highly recommend, especially if you use the save my place feature. Full disclosure though, I came on a Sunday afternoon, so take that into consideration for how busy or not the place might be.
I had a wonderful experience here, Thanks to Alison who is so kind and patient. I'm very impressed how gentle she is. I'm scared of needles but she made my experience painless!
