They are always kind, understanding, and willing to share helpful tips on how we can better maintain our dog’s grooming at home. My dog is very nervous, loud, and very difficult to handle, so we’re often worried about being an inconvenience. But Ruby has always been incredibly patient and compassionate with him. Ruby worked magic on our pomeranian - older dog with uneven and matted coat regrown after thyroid treatment. Not only was the dog immaculate, but he showed no signs of having been stressed by the experience. Great communication, pleasant experience.

We’ve had a long road with our precious girl after she experienced a traumatic grooming appointment with a mobile groomer. Since then, we’ve tried so many groomers, but none had success with her… until today.
