I learned a lot about how to clean my lock properly and prevent the issue in the future. I ended up cleaning my two locks further over a couple of hours using the SuperLube they had suggested and they haven't seized up since. Very grateful for the help! They didn't even charge me for the time spent to help me clean my first lock.
