Dr Kathryn Sandilands is an AMAZING dentist with a wealth of skill, experience and compassion. Her staff are efficient, friendly and calm. I have referred friends and family who are terrified of going to the dentist and Dr. Sandilands has a way of setting even the most fearful at ease. She has a gentle touch when administering anesthesia and will quickly stop to make sure you are okay if she sense you feel any pain. Her hygenists are amazing; Muhammad has the lightest touch and leaves your mouth feeling squeeky clean. I have found my experiences on most occasions very exceptional.. I have been going to this clinic in almost 20 years. Having had a bad experience (somewhere else) on one occasion where a nerve was hit during the injection .. I was very afraid and had not been to a dentist in many years. I go to this clinic without a thought. Not afraid at all. Dr. Sandilands is fantastic. Staff are generally very friendly and kind.

I saw Dr. Doyle today and tech Emma, and as a very anxious patient, I was treated with such kindness and care. They made me feel completely at ease. My family has been coming here for years, and it’s clear that Dr. Sandilands has built a clinic where everyone treats you like family. Dr. Sandylands in my opinion is one of the best dentists in Edmonton. I didn’t have any dental insurance at the time because I was in between jobs and she was very fair with helping me with an emergency crack in a crown that she had done a long time ago When she first Started dentistry. I broke a crown after 25 years after she did it. I Knew I Neededhad to go back and get her to redo it because it lasted so long, very caring very nice no negativity at all. (She should be called the thank you Dentist because that’s all I remember her saying thank you over and over it’s very memorable) 😊 Didn’t feel any pain because she That’s whatever she does to kill the pain properly . And…. didn’t even have my eye frozen, which normally happens with every other Dentist that I’ve ever gone to get a filling, etc. . It was perfect. Looking forward to going back for my next cleaning.(ironically, I took a photo for a friend so I added it lol)
