I love coming in to a fresh cup of tea, hand lotion and hot cloth refresh before getting my hair styled. I always feel taken care of. Also - today I parked in the adjacent heated parkade - really good rates $4 for 2 hours.

Beautiful spa and salon and a Whyte Ave institution. I was able to get a last minute appointment and even though it was a bit delayed, Pam knew how to make me feel welcomed and relaxed while I waited a few extra minutes. Jenna gave a wonderful men's haircut and was able to address some "work" by a previous barber!

Jeesh was my stylist today - he was the best! Friendly and professional. His technical skills were excellent with foil placement, color matching/creating the exact shade I wanted. He was attentive the entire 4 hours (!) and I appreciated his energy, efforts. I walked out of there looking/feeling fantastic!
