We have been using Cozy Home Maid Service regularly and are never disappointed. They come prepared, on time and always do an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company to come clean your home!! Trustworthy, kind, hardworking and efficient!

I have used these cleaners for a few years. Most often I received good service depending on who did the cleaning. There were some good ones but the last time I had them in, the person did a horrible job. When she first walked in her comments were strange and you could see she wasn't happy with the size of the house. She was here 3.5 hours and didn't vacuum anything, claiming that my vacuum was difficult which is not. I had left something on the rug by our TV and it was still there when I came back. The ottoman was not vacuumed either. There were no vacuum marks and still things on the rugt. We are in a bungalow and she didn't vacuum the stairs to the basement or the rugs in the basement which is finished. There was no dusting down there either. I am not sure what she did for 3.5 hours. I was very, very dissatified with the work that was done. I complained to the owner who said it was the first time this person had a complaint which is hard to believe. I took pictures of the areas that were not vacuumed but the owner disregarded them, not even looking at them. She took one hour of work off our bill. If there was good customer service she would have had another person come in and redo it. My husband who has a bad knee vacuumed it as I was unable to. I want to fully support the ladies from Ukraine but because this happened, and the fact that some emails in the past were rude, this was the last straw. I will not be using them again.

Lesya and Irina were lovely to work with and left our apartment spotless in the 3 hours we had them for. We would happily hire them again for any future cleaning needs!

The Cozy Maid team does a great job and is so easy to communicate with. When they are done cleaning, our house is just sparkling and is so fresh and clean. And I am sooo picky about cleaners, Cozy Maid is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used!

Daria was absolutely amazing! She really cleaned my home well. She cleaned places I never even paid attention to. I was happy she advised to add 30 more mins so she could do a thorough job and not rush her work. I recommend her! I recommend Cozy Home Maid :)

From my initial contact to book the appointment through to walking through the property after the clean I was so tremendously impressed. We were in a pinch to get the property cleaned and Elena worked so hard to accommodate us. The cleaning far surpassed our expectations. There were so many spots we didn’t expect could be cleaned! Yet it was spotless. The staff that cleaned were on time and so kind. We have used Cozy Home a few times now and will continue to do so and recommend to clients and friends! Thank you so much
