Alan and his crew are amazing!
I reached out to Alan to build a pressure treated deck on my new home. My situation was unique as it was very time sensitive but Alan and his crew went above and beyond to make it happen!
Alan was very transparent about the costs and timeline, he kept me updated throughout the project and checked in regularly to make sure everything met my standards. They not only completed everything on time, the craftsmanship and quality of work exceeded my expectations. What started off as a stressful situation, turned out to be a great experience thanks to Alan and his crew! I couldn’t be happier.

Alan and his crew built an amazing composite deck and privacy wall at my new home this past summer and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’m incredibly picky and he exceeded my expectations. His skills and attention to detail are second to none. I highly recommend Cogan Contracting. Thanks Alan!
Alan and his crew did an amazing job. We have a fantastic yard and the deck just finished it off. From beginning to end, they wanted us to be completely satisfied. They looked at what we wanted, gave us feedback, made suggestions, but it was always our decision. They were all courteous, meticulous and polite. We can't say enough good things about the men and then job. And the price was reasonable. They were happy to accommodate any changes that we asked for, even part way through the project. We would also recommend them for any renovation job that they're willing to undertake. You can't go wrong with them.
