Called at 11 over the long weekend and had Shahmeran come to our house at 12. Right from the call, Cit Pest Control sounded friendly and personable. Shahmeran showed up, did his job professionally and thoroughly. Their prices were also very reasonable. Although can't speak of the effectiveness yet, would recommend just based on the initial service.

I had taken some food to the compost and left the door open and saw a mouse run by. I was horrified and traumatized to say the least. I called City Pest Control at 9:00pm and a gentleman by the name of Shahmeran answered the phone. I explained that I had seen a mouse in my house, we chatted for a bit and at first Shahmeran thought it would be best if he came the following day so he could better assess the situation. I was horrified and begged him to come out tonight! There was no way that I could stay in my house with a mouse let alone sleep! I literally begged him to come.
