The owner, William is so kind and attentive. Great atmosphere and friendly service. William and Rebecca took the time to explain my options and fit me in for keratin on short notice.
Where do I even begin?! My hair had taken a real beating from the strong Alaskan sun and wind, and honestly, “damaged” doesn’t quite cover it. Then I found Chrome Spa Salon, and I’m so grateful I did.
From the moment I sat down, I felt genuinely looked after. Flint, an incredible hairstylist, helped me pick the right treatment, and he explained everything along the way so I never felt lost. But what stayed with me wasn’t just his skill and unique talent. It was how human the whole thing felt. He took the time to work with my hair, to share his own stories, and to actually see me as a person, not just another appointment.

Flint gave me a phenomenal cut and blowout plus was super kind and nice to be serviced by. Absolutely loved the mini consult at the beginning, the reiterating of the plan to make sure we’re on the same page and explaining everything as it’s going. Squeezed me in same day and was such a lovely first experience at a salon ! will definitely be going back and thank you to Flint again for helping restore my confidence!!
