After discovering that my Solance remote starter was damaged, I contacted Certified Radio for assistance. I quickly learned that Solance had gone out of business, making parts unavailable.
However, Corey Vanderkamp went above and beyond to ensure I had a working remote starter by the end of the day. From start to finish, Corey provided outstanding service. He never pressured me into buying a new system—instead, he clearly explained my options, located a compatible remote starter, and handled all the programming.
Corey truly exemplifies what customer service should be. His assistance and advice made me feel like a valued customer.
Great service and very knowledgeable, allways willing to solution as I had a broken remote that was discontinued. Just needed a case and they found one in there tickle trunk. Gave me the remote and said no charge, regardless if it was used this isn't the first time they've solutioned this. I highly recommend them as your radio servive provider.
