I couldn’t be more happy with the level of care received here for my neck injury!! Dr Mana Azizi is incredible, super kind, and the ladies at the front have been great too! Very efficient clinic that values your time. I would recommend to my friends and family in a heartbeat!
We can’t recommend Dr. Mana Azizi at Century Park Pain & Health Clinic enough. My husband was dealing with disc bulge/herniation/nerve pain/injuries from a car accident, and after struggling for a while, we finally found someone who truly understood what was going on.

Dr. Dan is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and really makes sure you understand what’s going on with your body. His adjustments are incredibly helpful, and he genuinely cares about your comfort and progress. I always feel better after my visits and appreciate how knowledgeable and patient he is.
