I ended up buying a jacket from Market Place & it had an unbearable odour, that I obviously didn't notice right away. I was pretty adamant on getting rid of that odour.. I dropped off the jacket at the dry cleaners & the scent didn't come out at first.However, I called the dry cleaners & spoke with 2 lovely people & they suggested that I bring it back in for a second time & it would be free of charge.I just picked up my jacket today & the unbearable odour from the previous owner is gone! :)I'm so enlightened with the level of professionalism these people have! They not only cleaned my clothes to look like brand new, fixed the rip in my pants, but then called.me to tell me about the err. That they fixed and so I knew to send the rest of my damaged clothes as well and gave me a great deal. Picked it up and dropped it off. But did it in just a day as well. I'll never go to another drycleaners again accept for Castledowns Cleanitizing ❤️

To start with the staff, they are incredibly professional, polite, and very friendly. With current situations as they are (Covid 19), you can walk in with ease knowing that there is hand sanitizer right at the door and the staff will be masked up when approaching to deal with the customer. They highly sanitize everything and treat your clothes with the respect they deserve. At the same time though, if you are still wary of contact or perhaps cannot travel to their location, they do free pick up and delivery within the city. They also have an app called Serv that is easy to use and aids with the delivery/pickup though it's not necessary. Just another way of being helpful. Highly appreciate the service they provide and will definitely be going back.
