I recently took my child at Care Hair & Beauty Salon for a haircut and was deeply concerned by the lack of hygiene. I watched the stylist finish a haircut and immediately begin working on the next person without cleaning and sanitizing their clippers/razors/scissors and combs. Under Alberta health standards, tools must be disinfected between every client to prevent spread of infections. I hope the management addresses this immediately, it’s for safety and health purposes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The owner’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. The way they deal with customers is not acceptable at all. I went in expecting a waxing and decent haircut and respectful service, but instead felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service is just as important as the haircut itself, and sadly this place fails badly in both. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

People are hard working here. Had a great hair cut and beard. Recommended to book appointment 1 day ahead. You might have to wait longer if walk in.

Me and my 16 year old went to go get our faces waxed. This lady has burnt me before so I warned her that our skin is sensitive and to be careful she said okay. I went first and it went well so I told my daughter she should be okay to get her face waxed. She burnt my daughter face in four different place and on her right check it is so noticeable. My daughter even told her the wax was really hot at on point. Once she showed my daughter her face by giving her a mirror my daughter started crying after she saw the condition her face was in. She laid there crying and the lady asked what was wrong I said she’s crying because you burnt her face she didn’t even apologize just said apply coconut oil and we still had to pay. The next day my face burnt a little but not as bad as my daughters. I do not recommend going here
