After contacting two other window providers, and being left with unanswered emails, we decided to connect with Canglow. Right away, our experiences improved. Canglow sent Roman, who was a courteous and professional salesman, who walked us through our options with patience, and kept up great communication throughout. Audra ran interference and made sure all was organized and kept great lines of communication going.

The window purchase and install experience has been great; from the sales man Ray coming out to quote us within a day of us calling, listening to our concerns and giving us different options, to the install team of Oleg and his assistant. They were very professional, respectful and cleaned all debris up as they went. Took the time to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this company.
