“From start to finish of my California closets experience I was allowed to be part of the process. Whether it was dealing with my design consultant in the privacy of my own home or stopping by the showroom and making changes before fabrication began I was never treated like I was wasting her time. When the date finally came around for installation I was told the installation would take 3 days and was given what hours the installer would be at the house. Asides from being very respectful of not damaging the walls while hauling the materials upstairs the installer also was willing to answer any questions I may have had during the process. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates quality craftsmanship and wants to add to the value of their home!“

“We had Tilemart replace all of our old hardwood with engineered hardwood across two floors, as well as replace the carpet in three bedrooms, and overall we had a great experience.

One of the biggest reasons we chose Tilemart was because other flooring companies told us we would need to be out of our house for over a week. Tilemart worked with us to create a plan that allowed the project to be completed one floor at a time, leaving the bedrooms until last so we could move furniture between floors and continue living in our home throughout the process. That flexibility made a huge difference.

Like any large project, there were a few small deficiencies, but we were told upfront to wait through all four seasons and contact them after about a year. True to their word, when we reached out almost exactly a year later, they had installers at our house within a week to complete the touch-ups that were needed.
