The staff really went above and beyond. I bought a desk collection system, and some of the bolts were missing. A phone call to the Edmonton store, they ran through the whole instruction, set to get a parts list, and then drove out the missing parts to my house. Amazing service thanks guys.
I worked there as a sales associate. Back in 2014-15. I have many stories about that place.There is a big guy named Pierre who work there and he was a big tough guy biker dude. Put visine in my coffee. Which almost killed me.Anyway a customer comes in with a little chunk of wood and I see the manager and the tough guy Pierre in the middle of the shop discussing this piece of wood and I know exactly what's going on they don't know what it is and it's an orange piece of wood and I can remember my dad was an expert wood carver working on teak which was orange once.
