Leon has come over to help us when our heat has gone out in the middle of winter, over the holidays, without a long wait. He is always wonderful at explaining the issue and fixing the problem. He’s friendly to talk to and I really trust his expertise. Currently we are renting, but when we move into our own house, this is who I’m going to call if there’s any issues.

Despite it being after hours/weekend, Leon answered my call and took time out of his Sunday afternoon to walk me through troubleshooting a faulty limit switch. Turns out, the fix was as simple as gently tapping it with the back of a screwdriver, and presto! I have heat in my home again!

I really appreciate that he took the time to brainstorm solutions with me on the phone that ultimately meant I didn’t require a costly emergency service call. And now I am equipped with the knowledge of not only WHAT a limit switch is, but also simple things I can try myself if it fails again.

I will absolutely be calling Burns Brothers in the future!

I called to see if they could come out ASAP to fix my furnace but unfortunately they were all booked up! I told him that I had replaced the filter and I was sure this was just some small thing that I missed which kept make the furnace shut off!

Although he has no time to come he walked me through what the codes were and what they meant, he also gave me some trouble shooting pointers and solutions, unfortunately the furnace still didn't work. I decided to try everything he suggested again and miraculously it started working!!!!

I can't tell how great it is to have a company take the time to help you!

I will definitely come here when I need them!
