They tell you they will call you back promptly and they don’t. When they finally do they don’t even know who they are calling. The communication at this place is atrocious! They left a voicemail telling us they can’t deliver our order because they can’t get to our building due to construction, lol - are you kidding! You absolutely can get to our building. Terrible company -go elsewhere!!!
This location doesn’t even deserve a single star. The man sitting in shipping/receiving has absolutely no manners or respect—he acts like he owns the place. The warehouse owner seriously needs to fire that arrogant, useless guy. On top of that, they charge a ridiculous $200 late fee if you’re just a little late for your appointment. And not only that—you have to re-arrange, wrap, and make skids of your entire load by yourself. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable!
Google should start an option to provide Negative star ranking if so I will give them -5 stars. First time went there to deliver. Experience was terrible. A Drongo silly glah may be their Manager brought all home problems to work place and trying to find a hint to yell on Visitors. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
