Excellent service from BUGSNPESTS-A Pest Control Company Inc.! The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. They used safe and effective methods, and the results were outstanding. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely use their services again!
Very service and customer focused. Calm and courteous, went above and beyond by texting back promptly at 2 AM with simple, helpful, practical advice on how to manage a perceived emergency.
Joya came to my home within an hour, was friendly, and he was able to remove a wasp nest from under our deck stairs. He wore PPE, was mindful of our property and safety, and had some recommendations for preventing further nests. If we ever need pest control in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bugsnpests again.
