I can not say enough good things about Joel and the team at We Clean Pest Control. The website stated they were open 24 hours, 7 days a week and they sure came through on that. I received a very friendly, informative and quick response when I called the morning of March 12th. I had just been informed that there were bed bugs in the apartment building. I called three companies and Joel phoned me back within half an hour. He told me he could have someone out there by Wednesday afternoon, while this was a completely acceptable and reasonable turn around time. I explained how upset and worried my daughter was. My landlords sent a company to deal with bedbugs in my apartment (unknown company, not We Clean Pest Control), and they sprayed a different chemical to the papers they provided, and I could not find out what chemical he used. He said it was dangerous for me to be around while he sprayed so I went into my closet with my cat.As a last hope, I called We Clean Pest Control to hopefully find out from another professional in the field. I called regarding an issue with a building and issues with concrete heaves and possible gaps that have formed over time. I was given very helpful / forthcoming information and advice, and was told that this is a very common issue in our climate. Much appreciated Joel.
