Joya came to my home within an hour, was friendly, and he was able to remove a wasp nest from under our deck stairs. He wore PPE, was mindful of our property and safety, and had some recommendations for preventing further nests. If we ever need pest control in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bugsnpests again.
