As usual I waited until my hair was unmanageable until I went looking for a haircut. Saw a wooden sign on the sidewalk by chance and went in. Parking is awful, but it can't be helped. The construction, like everywhere in the west end right now, has made the streets a noisy maze. Next time, I intend to park across the street. The shop is small. A bit cluttered, but clean. I love the shade of blue on the walls. Ali is a nice man, good conversationalist, and a good hairdresser. I asked for bangs and layers and got a beautiful feminine trim. It was a decent price too, as haircuts go. Thirty five for a ladies cut. I'll be back, and I'm going to recommend him to friends. Not just because I like my haircut, but because all that construction is bad for business and I want Ali's salon to stick around.
