I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, and I really tried to consider both the positives and negatives before writing this.
My roommate called ahead for a pedicure and was able to get in within an hour. When we arrived, I asked if they could also fit me in for a new acrylic set, even though I didn't have an appointment. They said yes, but I'd have a short wait. I genuinely appreciated them accommodating me on such short notice, especially as a walk-in.
Unfortunately, the service itself wasn't a great experience.

I had a great pedicure experience at Bright Nails. Su provided excellent service—she was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean and welcoming, and I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend Bright Nails and will be back again!
