I’ve been working with Len and Nicole since 2019 and they’ve been incredible. Within a few months of training with Len, I broke my three-hour marathon for the first time. I also used to deal with frequent injuries, and since starting with them, I’ve stayed injury-free. I continue to run 1–2 marathons a year with high mileage and have remained injury-free, which says a lot. Their strength training and knowledge truly make a difference. They’re fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been working out with Nicole twice a week for about half a year on the advice of my chiropractor. I knew I was making progress and my body was becoming stronger, but just how much stronger became abundantly clear to me recently when I went on a trip to the Dominican Republic. Throughout the trip I had no problems at all with any of the challenging aspects including travel, airports, swimming, snorkeling, walking, or keeping up with the younger members of my group who were half my age! The personal trainers there - Nicole, Len, Jennifer, Kevin - are all very experienced and very knowledgeable about their craft - they absolutely know what they are doing! They treat their clients with respect and dignity and work hard to help each of them reach their fitness goals. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great personal trainer.
