Body Works Pilates Studio The

I highly recommend coming to Body Works Pilates Studio and working with Steve. I was in a very severe car accident years ago and Steve helped me immensely by improving the way I walk which greatly decreased the amount of chronic pain I deal with. I have a much higher awareness of my body after working with Steve as well. Your success definitely depends on how vigilantly you do the exercises and routines that Steve shows you--you only get out what you put in. I treated these exercises like a daily job and was very pleased with the progress I made overall. I highly recommend Steve to anyone.

This is really the best Pilates studio in Edmonton. If you do the open studio, everyone has an individualized program to suit their needs and skill level that Steve has developed just for you.
